Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the types of activities and conduct that are prohibited on the ProxyMission platform. All users, both Clients and Proxies, are expected to comply with this policy in addition to the Terms and Conditions.

2. Prohibited Mission Types

Missions must not involve:

• Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law.
• Surveillance, stalking, or monitoring of individuals without their knowledge and consent.
• Harassment, intimidation, or threats directed at any person.
• Trespassing on private property without authorization.
• Impersonation of another person, organization, or authority.
• Transport or handling of illegal substances, stolen goods, or contraband.
• Activities that could endanger the safety of the Proxy, Client, or any third party.
• Collection of personal information about third parties without their consent.
• Any form of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated evidence.
• Use mock location tools, emulators, or other software to falsify location data.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions.
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or reputation scores.
• Arrange off-platform payments to avoid platform fees or protections.
• Share account access with unauthorized individuals.
• Use abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in communications.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise platform security.

4. Content Standards

All content submitted to the platform must:

• Be truthful and accurately represent the real-world situation.
• Not contain obscene, defamatory, or offensive material.
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding photography and recording.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in: warnings, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, withholding of payments, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate. ProxyMission reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether conduct violates this policy.

6. Reporting Violations

If you observe or experience a violation of this policy, please report it immediately through the Contact Us page or the in-app reporting feature. All reports are reviewed and handled confidentially.
