Terms and Conditions

1. Platform Purpose

ProxyMission is a location-verified, on-demand services marketplace that connects Clients (those requesting errands, deliveries, or tasks) with Proxies (those fulfilling them). The Platform facilitates task creation, assignment, real-time tracking, verification, and payment processing. ProxyMission acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreement between Clients and Proxies.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not use the Platform to:

• Request, facilitate, or perform any illegal activity, including but not limited to the transport of controlled substances, stolen property, or contraband.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or endanger any other user.
• Misrepresent identity, location, qualifications, or the nature of a task.
• Circumvent or manipulate the Platform's verification, rating, or payment systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other software to interact with the Platform without authorization.
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to an account.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and lawful task descriptions, including pickup and delivery addresses, item descriptions, and any special instructions.
• Ensuring that requested tasks do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.
• Maintaining sufficient funds or valid payment methods for all posted tasks.
• Responding promptly to Proxy inquiries related to active tasks.
• Inspecting delivered items or completed tasks and reporting issues within the designated dispute window.

4. Proxy Responsibilities

Proxies are responsible for:

• Completing accepted tasks in a timely, professional, and lawful manner.
• Providing accurate real-time location data during active tasks.
• Handling all items with reasonable care and maintaining their condition during transport.
• Communicating any issues, delays, or inability to complete a task promptly through the Platform.
• Complying with all local laws, including traffic regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards.

5. Right to Refuse

• Proxies may decline any task before acceptance without penalty.
• Once a task is accepted, cancellation by either party may result in fees or rating impact as outlined in the Platform's cancellation policy.
• ProxyMission reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the safety or integrity of the Platform.

6. Content & Data Integrity

• Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant ProxyMission a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform operations.
• Users must not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent verification documents.
• ProxyMission may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics, service improvement, and reporting purposes.
• All photo and location verification data is stored securely and processed in accordance with the ProxyMission Privacy Policy.

7. Enforcement

• ProxyMission may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and take action including but not limited to: issuing warnings, suspending accounts, permanently banning users, and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement.
• ProxyMission may use automated systems and manual review to detect and prevent prohibited activities.
• Decisions regarding account suspension or termination are at ProxyMission's sole discretion and are final.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProxyMission, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: the user's use of the Platform, the user's violation of these Terms, the user's violation of any applicable law or regulation, and any dispute between a Client and a Proxy.

9. Modifications

ProxyMission reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

10. Client Off-Platform Payment Policy

• Clients shall not offer, arrange, or make payments to Proxies outside of the Platform's designated payment system.
• Attempting to circumvent Platform payment processing may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
• ProxyMission is not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from off-platform payment arrangements.
• All task-related payments must be processed through the Platform to ensure mutual protection, dispute resolution, and accurate record-keeping.

11. Proxy Off-Platform Payment Policy

• Proxies shall not solicit, accept, or arrange payments from Clients outside of the Platform's designated payment system.
• Accepting off-platform payments undermines the trust and safety mechanisms of the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
• Proxy is not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from off-platform payment arrangements initiated by the Proxy.
• All earnings must be received through the Platform to qualify for dispute resolution support and payment protection.
